$185.00/hr - $185.00/hr
Type: Hourly Contract
Compensation: $150–$190/hour (based on experience)
Location: Remote
Duration: Long-term (6–12 months)
Commitment: ~40 hrs/week (minimum 20 hrs/week)
Role Responsibilities (Training support will be provided)
- Guide research teams to close knowledge gaps and improve AI model performance in Pediatrics.
- Create and maintain annotation standards tailored to Pediatrics.
- Develop guidelines and rubrics to evaluate medical reasoning across tasks.
- Design challenging, domain-relevant tasks and write accurate, structured solutions.
- Evaluate medical tasks and provide clear, constructive feedback.
- Collaborate with other subject matter experts to ensure quality, consistency, and rigor.
Requirements
- MD or DO degree from a reputable medical school.
- Strong professional clinical practice experience at a top-tier institution specializing in Pediatrics.
- Access to a desktop or laptop computer (Chromebooks not supported).
