Watch Us Grow Pediatrics is seeking a Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Pediatric Physician to join our purpose-driven, collaborative, and family-centered team. We are an established pediatric medical home grounded in our Core Values: Reliability, Safety, Collaboration, Empathy, and Fun .

We are growing and looking for a pediatrician who values meaningful patient relationships, a supportive team, and a sustainable, flexible schedule.

Position Highlights

• Part-time or full-time options (2–4 days per week)
• Outpatient only – no hospital rounding
• Creative scheduling and work-life balance prioritized
• Daily patient volumes of ~16–20
• Shared home call rotation 1:5 (low volume, equitable)
• Courtesy staff privileges at Corewell Health – no inpatient duties

Role Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in a supportive, team-based environment
• Complete charting, follow-ups, and communication with families
• Manage labs, reports, and medical forms
• Participate in shared home call
• Maintain CME, Michigan medical license, and ABP MOC requirements

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active Michigan Medical License (or eligibility to obtain)
• Commitment to collaborative, family-centered care
• Enthusiasm for practicing in a values-driven community setting
