Pediatrician — Sign-On, Relocation & CME in the Ozarks

The Pediatrician position in Mountain Home, AR offers a hospital-employed role in a busy rural health system. You will join two pediatricians, cover a Monday–Friday clinic with a single half-day off weekly, and take approximately 10 days of call per month.

Expect about 700 births annually with a Level 2 nursery and 20–25 patient visits per day. The compensation includes base salary with production bonus, a starting bonus up to $40,000, relocation assistance, education support, loan forgiveness
