Pediatrix is seeking a full-time Pediatrician to join their high-risk NICU follow-up clinic in San Antonio, Texas. This role involves caring for children from infancy through age 4 who are at risk of developing special healthcare needs, collaborating with other providers to facilitate developmental support and early intervention. The position offers an opportunity to work in a hospital-based outpatient setting with a manageable patient volume.

Responsibilities
- Care for children from infancy through age 4 who may be at risk of developing special health care needs
- Collaborate with pediatricians and other community providers to facilitate optimal developmental support, early intervention, family support, and specialized care
- Offer additional support and education for parents and caregivers
- See babies who have just come out of the NICU and require follow-up care

Shift & Schedule
- Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm schedule
- No weekends, no call
Requirements
- Comfortable seeing babies who have just come out of the NICU and require follow-up care
- BC/BE Pediatrician
