Pediatrician

Salary + Benefits: $170,000 to $210,000 + comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, malpractice coverage, PTO, CME allowance, and retirement plan

Responsibilities of Spanish-Speaking Pediatrician:

• Provide comprehensive primary care services to pediatric patients from infancy through adolescence
• Conduct well-child visits, physical exams, and developmental screenings
• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses in children
• Communicate effectively with patients and families in both English and Spanish
• Educate families on preventative care, nutrition, and healthy lifestyle practices
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team including nurses, social workers, and specialists
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records in compliance with clinical standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and community outreach programs

Requirements of Spanish-Speaking Pediatrician:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active New York State medical license (or ability to obtain)
• Fluency in Spanish and English (required)
• Strong commitment to serving underserved and diverse populations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team-based, community health setting
