We are seeking a compassionate, patient-focused Pediatrician to join our growing outpatient practice on a part-time basis. This position is ideal for a physician who values high-quality pediatric care, a manageable patient volume, and a consistent three-day workweek.
About the Role
This position offers an annual salary of $120,000 for approximately 30 hours per week, primarily scheduled Monday through Wednesday, with the potential for occasional Saturday coverage.
Responsibilities
- The Pediatrician will provide comprehensive primary and preventive care to infants, children, and adolescents.
- Responsibilities include conducting routine wellness visits and physical examinations.
- Diagnosing and treating acute and chronic pediatric conditions.
- Administering and recommending appropriate immunizations.
- Monitoring growth and developmental milestones.
- Providing education and guidance to parents and caregivers.
- Maintaining accurate and timely medical documentation.
- Coordinating referrals or specialty care when appropriate.
Qualifications
- Candidates must hold an MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
- Have completed an accredited pediatric residency program.
- Applicants must be board-certified or board-eligible in Pediatrics.
- Hold, or be eligible to obtain, an active and unrestricted state medical license.
Required Skills
- Experience working with eClinicalWorks (eCW) is strongly preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrate a compassionate, family-centered approach to pediatric care.
Preferred Skills
- Arabic language proficiency is preferred but not required.
Pay range and compensation package
Compensation: 110,000-120,000 annually
