About Us
We are a well-established, single-site private practice with a diverse patient population serving Rochester and surrounding suburbs for over 25 years. Our team includes five physician partners who are supported by a long-term nurse practitioner, strong clinical and administrative staff, and an after-hours nurse triage service.
With an upcoming physician retirement, this role offers an existing patient panel. The position involves no hospital/nursery rounding or delivery attendance.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive pediatric care from birth through adolescence.
- Manage acute and chronic conditions, preventive care, and developmental screenings.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
- Participate in weekly call rotation, occasional weekend and holiday coverage.
Qualifications
- Board-certified or board-eligible in pediatrics.
- Licensed (or eligible) to practice in New York.
- US Citizenship or permanent residence status.
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Commitment to continuity of care and community engagement.
- Three professional references required.
