JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Licenses: Arkansas medical license or eligibility
- Certifications: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
- Experience: Open to new graduates and experienced physicians
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Deliver comprehensive pediatric care in outpatient setting
- Participate in weekend and inpatient call rotations
- Collaborate with pediatric team and hospital staff
- Support quality initiatives and patient-centered care
