We are seeking a dedicated Pediatrician to join our practice. The ideal candidate is clinically strong, team-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality preventive and acute care in a medical home model.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient care including well‑child visits, immunizations, and management of acute and chronic pediatric conditions
• Monitor growth and development and provide anticipatory guidance
• Collaborate with nursing staff, behavioral health, and subspecialists to coordinate care
• Participate in shared call schedule (minimal hospital responsibilities if applicable)
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the electronic medical record
• Engage in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Pediatrics
• Active (or eligible for) state medical license
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Commitment to patient- and family-centered care
