Avenir Women’s Health, our flagship hospitalist program, supports two robust hospitals in the Las Vegas/Henderson area. We are an OB hospitalist program that is patient-focused and evidence-based. We strive to provide an optimal level of care placing emphasis on patient safety, quality, and customer service. We are redefining the future of women’s health.
We are seeking skilled, compassionate, friendly, and team-oriented OB/GYN Hospitalists to join our growing practice in the Las Vegas/Henderson metro area. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to delivering comprehensive obstetric care to patients of all ages, ensuring quality and satisfaction.
Shift Rates and Compensation
- 2026 shift rates, $
- $75,000 sign-on bonus
- Collection and Performance Bonuses ("Catch Bonus")

Requirements
- Medical degree from an accredited medical school
- Board certification in Obstetrics and Gynecology
- Minimum 3 years' experience OB/GYN
- Valid medical license / ability to obtain license in Nevada
- Proven experience as an OB/GYN Physician
- Excellent clinical skills and compassionate patient care
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, comfortable working in team
- Commitment to continuous learning and professional development
