We are a brand-new pediatric clinic launching in the Las Vegas area, built around patient-centered, compassionate, high-quality care for infants, children, and adolescents. As a startup practice, we offer a rare opportunity to help shape the culture, workflows, and patient experience from the ground up. We are seeking a dedicated, board-certified Pediatrician who is excited to be part of a founding clinical team and grow alongside the practice.

Position Summary

We are hiring a full‑time Pediatrician to provide comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting, with shared inpatient and on‑call responsibilities. The ideal candidate is an excellent clinician and communicator who thrives in a collaborative, family‑focused environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide well‑child care, including physical exams, developmental screenings, and immunizations
  • Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric illnesses
  • Counsel and educate patients and families on health, nutrition, safety, and preventive care
  • Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and lab work
  • Participate in a shared on‑call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
  • Provide inpatient/newborn coverage as required
  • Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
  • Collaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and other providers to coordinate patient care
  • Adhere to all clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality standards

Qualifications

Required

  • MD or DO from an accredited medical school
  • Completion of an accredited Pediatrics residency program
  • Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Pediatrics
  • Active (or eligible for) (State) medical license
  • Current DEA registration
  • Current BLS and PALS certification
  • Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills

Preferred

  • Prior experience in an outpatient pediatric or primary care setting
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Schedule

  • Full‑time — three 12‑hour shifts per week (3x12s)
  • Compressed schedule offering four days off per week
  • Shared on‑call rotation (evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled)
  • Inpatient/newborn coverage as needed
