We are a brand-new pediatric clinic launching in the Las Vegas area, built around patient-centered, compassionate, high-quality care for infants, children, and adolescents. As a startup practice, we offer a rare opportunity to help shape the culture, workflows, and patient experience from the ground up. We are seeking a dedicated, board-certified Pediatrician who is excited to be part of a founding clinical team and grow alongside the practice.
Position Summary
We are hiring a full‑time Pediatrician to provide comprehensive primary care in an outpatient setting, with shared inpatient and on‑call responsibilities. The ideal candidate is an excellent clinician and communicator who thrives in a collaborative, family‑focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide well‑child care, including physical exams, developmental screenings, and immunizations
- Diagnose and treat acute and chronic pediatric illnesses
- Counsel and educate patients and families on health, nutrition, safety, and preventive care
- Order, interpret, and follow up on diagnostic tests and lab work
- Participate in a shared on‑call rotation, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled
- Provide inpatient/newborn coverage as required
- Maintain accurate, timely documentation in the electronic health record (EHR)
- Collaborate with nursing staff, specialists, and other providers to coordinate patient care
- Adhere to all clinical protocols, regulatory requirements, and quality standards
Qualifications
Required
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Completion of an accredited Pediatrics residency program
- Board‑certified or board‑eligible in Pediatrics
- Active (or eligible for) (State) medical license
- Current DEA registration
- Current BLS and PALS certification
- Strong clinical, interpersonal, and communication skills
Preferred
- Prior experience in an outpatient pediatric or primary care setting
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Schedule
- Full‑time — three 12‑hour shifts per week (3x12s)
- Compressed schedule offering four days off per week
- Shared on‑call rotation (evenings, weekends, and holidays as scheduled)
- Inpatient/newborn coverage as needed
