Practice Info
- Join 3 pediatricians and 2 APPs
- 1:4 call schedule with a goal of 1:5
- Primarily outpatient position with newborn rounding
- Inpatient call can include very rare C-section/delivery coverage
Responsibilities
- Seeing an average of 20 to 25 outpatients per day
- Newborn rounding
- Inpatient call, including very rare C-section/delivery coverage
Compensation
- Get $100K to $150K upfront as a retention bonus paid on start (5-year forgiveness)
Shift & Schedule
- 4-day workweek
