- Provide clinical services our Wayne Pediatrics and inpatient services as requested by Chair
- Supervise the activities of nurses and other personnel engaged in rendering medical treatments to patient
- Propose equipment need and modernization
- Sustain necessary and appropriate documentation for all services provided in compliance with regulatory and hospital policies
- Offer on-call coverage as requested by Chair
- Engage in scholarly activity
- Provide supervision and teaching of residents, students and other trainees
- Participate in quality improvement and safety initiatives
- Other administrative and clinical duties as assigned by the Chair
