Pediatrician

An independent physician group is seeking a full-time, board-certified or board-eligible Pediatrician for a permanent outpatient-only position in Crestview, Florida. This is an opportunity to join a team of four other pediatricians, seeing 20-24 patients daily with established patient visits scheduled for 15 minutes and new patient visits for 30 minutes. The role offers a Monday-Friday schedule and the chance to teach residents with additional compensation.

Responsibilities

• See approximately 20-24 patients per day
• Manage walk-in pediatric patients included in daily schedule
• Participate in rotating phone call only, with very light call volume
• Be contacted by nurse triage line only for urgent or severe issues
• Opportunity to teach residents at the Fort Walton Beach location
• Supervise Nurse Practitioners, if applicable

Compensation

• Base salary: $200,000-$220,000 plus productivity incentives
• Current pediatricians earn approximately $250,000-$350,000 annually
• Additional compensation available for teaching responsibilities
• NP supervision stipend available, if applicable
• $1,000 per month per supervised NP
