Triad Complete Healthcare is looking for a kind, compassionate physician to provide pediatric primary care services in the Ponca City area. The role includes preventive services, diagnosis and management of common pediatric health issues, ordering labs, prescribing medication, performing minor procedures, and making referrals to specialty providers. Physicians will oversee and direct medical assistants and nurses, provide medical directorship of the practice, supervise advanced practice nurse practitioners, and fulfill call services for the local hospital, particularly for perinatal/postnatal neonates.
Triad Pediatrics will provide total managerial support of the practice, allowing physicians to focus on patient care. The office is maintained in a clean, professional, pleasant, and efficient manner to support quality care.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- A medical degree from an accredited institution (MD or DO)
- Board certified/Board eligible in Pediatrics
- Current BLS/CPR certification required
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively with staff and the public
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects; professional appearance and demeanor; required to maintain a high level of confidentiality
- At least one year of post‑residency experience preferred but not required; new pediatricians are encouraged to apply.
