• Call ratio: 1:3 with 25% callback rate

Responsibilities

• Respond to beeper call within 30 minutes
• Perform admissions
• Provide non-invasive ventilation
• Perform intubation
• Perform UVC and UAC procedures
• Perform chest tube procedures
• Perform circumcision
• Perform needle pneumothorax decompression
