Location: South Brooklyn – Brooklyn, NY 11235. Position Type: Regular Full-Time. Salary Range: $236,000 - $241,000 per year. Job Category: Physician.

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations of children from birth to adolescence with known or suspected developmental delays.
• Provide evaluation, follow‑up appointments, prescriptions, and referrals for speech, language, psychological, occupational, and physiatry evaluations and therapy.
• Participate in the Child Developmental Clinic, providing initial and follow‑up services to approximately 300 patients referred each year.

Qualifications

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Developmental‑Behavioral Pediatrics.
• Board Certified in Pediatrics.
• Active New York State Medical License.

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual Base Salary: $236,000 (board eligible) or $241,000 (board certified) based on a 40‑hour work week.
• Estimated total compensation: $355,120 (board eligible) or $360,620 (board certified), including baseline salary, 401(k) contribution, sessional/per diem hours, and other factors.
• Estimated annual compensation increase for 10 additional sessional/per diem hours per week: $55,520.
• Projected bonus up to $40,000 contingent upon meeting quality and productivity targets.
• 401(k) Company Contribution: 3% immediately vested, additional 7% after one year of service.
• Annual Continuing Medical Education (CME) reimbursement.
