Sutter Medical Group (SMG) is seeking a BE/BC Pediatrician to join their team in Vacaville, CA. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive outpatient care for newborns through adolescents within a cohesive and supportive group. • Provide high-quality outpatient care for newborns through adolescents, with a balanced mix of well-child visits, sick visits, and routine pediatric concerns.
• Work closely with a network of pediatric subspecialists who are engaged, approachable, and committed to coordinated care.
• Advanced practice technology, including EPIC.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive primary care for infants, children, and adolescents
• Manage day-to-day pediatric conditions in a supportive, well-resourced practice
• Collaborate closely with pediatric specialists and multidisciplinary teams
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with patients and families
• Contribute to a practice that prioritizes compassion, quality, and teamwork

Compensation

• Salary range: $264,000 - $264,000 /Yr.
• Sign-on bonus of up to $50,000
• Relocation assistance of up to $20,000 for qualified applicants
• Stipend up to $3,000 per month while in residency for up to 24 months
• Forgivable Loan of up to $200,000
