- Patient Demographics: Pediatrics
- Average Daily Volume / Census: 16–22 clinic patients per day; low inpatient census
- Admissions & Rounding: Included (limited inpatient care)
- Case Mix/Clinical Focus Areas: General Pediatrics, Newborn Care, Level II Nursery
FACILITY & TEAM DETAILS
- Beds in Department/Unit: Level II Nursery available
- Specialty Backup: Transfers supported to tertiary centers in Milwaukee, Madison, and Rockford
- Support Staff: Dedicated pediatric and clinical support team
- Leadership & Reporting Structure: Physician-led multi-specialty group

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide comprehensive pediatric care in both outpatient and inpatient settings
- Manage well-child visits, acute care, and chronic pediatric conditions
- Provide newborn care in Level II nursery
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
- Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation
