Cleveland Clinic Children’s is recruiting a pediatric gastroenterologist with expertise in pediatric transplant hepatology to join the Division of Pediatric Gastroenterology, Hepatology, and Nutrition.
Applicants must be board‑certified in both pediatric gastroenterology and pediatric transplant hepatology. Preference will be given to early‑ or mid‑career physicians interested in long‑term leadership within the Pediatric Liver Care Center, with particular consideration for those focused on metabolic liver disease or with a track record in clinical or translational research.
The Pediatric Liver Care Center pursues a comprehensive, multidisciplinary approach, collaborating with pediatric general surgery, adult liver transplant surgery, dietitians, nurse coordinators, psychologists, and social workers to provide care for patients ranging from transplant to small bowel and multivisceral procedures.
Additional clinical responsibilities include participation in research, quality improvement, patient safety, and teaching with residency and medical school programs. Academic affiliation and teaching appointments are available with the Cleveland Clinic Lerner College of Medicine/Case Western Reserve University.
