Job Summary
In support of a busy pediatric surgery group at Woman’s Hospital of Texas. Position open to established PAs or new graduates interested in the pediatric surgery service line.
Responsibilities
- Rounding on patients
- Seeing consults & newborn circumcisions in the hospital
- First assisting in the operating room
- Seeing new/established/post‑operative patients on clinic days
- Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 4:00 pm schedule
- Call approximately 6 weeknights a month and every 5th weekend
- Will cover Woman’s Hospital of Texas, HCA Houston Clear Lake & satellite locations
Qualifications
- Certification as a Physician Assistant
- Ability to obtain or maintain an active Texas medical license
- New grad PA's will be considered – must have strong pediatric surgery experience or passion for pediatric surgery
- Must be people‑oriented and willing to learn
