The clinician will provide 24-hour inpatient call coverage across two facilities from October 16, 2026, to October 19, 2026. This role features supportive APP staffing and variable case loads in a pediatric setting.

• Primary site handles the majority of pediatric surgical volume
• Secondary facility is located approximately 25 miles from the primary site with rare call activity expected
• APPs staff both sites to support coordinated clinical operations and an efficient call-escalation model
