We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide outpatient pediatric therapy services.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Evaluating, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, communication, cognitive-communication, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders in children
- Developing individualized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each child's needs
- Delivering compassionate, family-centered therapy focused on functional outcomes
- Collaborating with families, healthcare providers, and educational teams to coordinate care
- Educating families on therapy strategies and home programs to support progress
- Maintaining accurate documentation using AI-powered tools to streamline administrative tasks
- Fostering a positive, collaborative clinical environment that emphasizes excellence and patient satisfaction
Qualifications Include
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and clinical reasoning skills
