Key Qualifications:
* Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
* Valid SLP state licensure or ability to obtain before start date
* ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) in progress
* Pediatric and school-based SLP experience encouraged
* Comfort working with a diverse caseload of K-12 students
* Bilingual abilities are a plus, but not a requirement
* Strong communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills
Primary Responsibilities:
* Conduct evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment planning for students with speech, language, and communication needs
* Deliver direct therapy services, in person at least 2 days a week (with preference for up to 4 days on-site)
* Engage in virtual/remote therapy as part of a hybrid schedule
* Collaborate with educators, families, and fellow professionals to develop and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
* Maintain accurate documentation and timely progress reports
* Advocate for student success and support inclusive classroom participation
