Qualified candidates will have:

• A current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
• School-based licensure and school certification
• Experience or strong interest in elementary-aged caseloads
• Passion for evidence-based, student-centered therapy in educational settings
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Commitment to ethical, culturally-sensitive practice

In this role, you will:

• Deliver assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for a caseload of 52 elementary students
• Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize students success
• Offer guidance and support for students language, articulation, and social communication goals
• Engage in multi-disciplinary teamwork to ensure holistic student development
• Maintain accurate records and contribute to school-wide initiatives
