Qualified candidates will have:
- A current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA
- School-based licensure and school certification
- Experience or strong interest in elementary-aged caseloads
- Passion for evidence-based, student-centered therapy in educational settings
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to ethical, culturally-sensitive practice
In this role, you will:
- Deliver assessment, intervention, and progress monitoring for a caseload of 52 elementary students
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to maximize students success
- Offer guidance and support for students language, articulation, and social communication goals
- Engage in multi-disciplinary teamwork to ensure holistic student development
- Maintain accurate records and contribute to school-wide initiatives
