Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist/CF/SLPA – Outpatient Clinic

Tulsa, OK | Full‑Time or Part‑Time | Outpatient Pediatric Therapy

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
• Implement and adjust therapy interventions to improve communication, social skills, and functional independence.
• Document services with our EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
• Collaborate with OTs and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• SLP: Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology/Communication Sciences and Disorders from an accredited program (or expected graduation).
• SLPA: Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences & Disorders.
• Oklahoma SLP, CF, or SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience or interest in pediatrics – Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
• Strong work ethic, adaptability, and a team‑oriented mindset.
