Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist/CF/SLPA – Outpatient Clinic

We’re looking for a bilingual or aspiring bilingual Speech‑Language Pathologist (SLP) or Speech‑Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our multidisciplinary team focused on delivering high‑quality therapy services to Spanish‑speaking families across Oklahoma. What You’ll Do

• Conduct evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric patients.
• Document services accurately in the EMR system to meet clinical standards and payer regulations.
• Collaborate with OTs, PTs, and other team members to ensure comprehensive patient care.
• Provide guidance and supervision to SLPAs, graduate students, and Clinical Fellows as appropriate.

What We’re Looking For

• Education : Master’s Degree in Speech Language Pathology or related field (or expected graduation), or Associate/Bachelor’s degree for SLPA positions.
• Licensure : Oklahoma SLP, CF, or SLPA license (or eligibility to obtain).
• Experience or interest in pediatrics : Passion for working with children and helping them thrive.
• Attributes : Strong work ethic, adaptability, and team‑oriented mindset.
• Bilingual status : Bilingual Spanish‑English speaking SLPs/SLPAs are eligible for a bonus.
