THERAPY 2000 is seeking a Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist for a PRN position in Southwest Houston/Gulfton. Responsibilities include:

• Conducting comprehensive Speech Therapy evaluations and developing treatment plans.
• Creating home exercise programs with caregivers and collaborating with healthcare providers.
• Completing 6-8 patient visits weekly, primarily after 3:30 PM.
• Maintaining accurate patient documentation and adhering to agency policies.

Requirements include a current Texas Speech Language Pathology license, availability for after-school visits, and proficiency with technology. Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of pediatric experience, home-health experience, and bilingual skills.
