Role Overview:
The House Supervisor manages patient care and hospital operations during off-shift hours, acting as the administrative representative in the absence of leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 24/7 management oversight, including patient placement, staffing, and complaint resolution.
- Supervise and evaluate staff, ensuring performance meets departmental goals.
- Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality patient care and respond to special circumstances as the on-site leader.
- Coordinate between departments, supporting clinical development and coaching nursing staff.
- Serve as a liaison between administration and hospital departments.
- Participate in staffing, budget development, and responding to operational changes.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum of an Associate's Degree in Nursing (RN license required).
- 2-5 years of nursing experience and less than 2 years of supervisory experience; preferred Bachelor's Degree in Nursing with 5-10 years of experience.
- Leadership skills, clinical expertise, and strong communication abilities.
Additional Requirements:
