We are currently seeking a Per Diem Registered Nurse (RN) for an immediate pediatric case in Andover, NJ . If you have strong clinical skills and experience with medically complex infants, we would love to welcome you to our team.

Patient Information

Patient: 6‑month‑old baby girl Birth History: Born at 22 weeks Diagnosis/Needs:

• Ultra short bowel syndrome
• Bronchopulmonary dysplasia (BPD)
• Pulmonary hypertension
• G‑tube feeds
• Catheterizations
• Ongoing respiratory and nutritional support

Schedule

Per diem shifts available

Pay

$45.00 per hour

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one skilled nursing care in the home
• Monitor respiratory status, comfort, and safety throughout the shift
• Manage G‑tube feedings and nutritional support
• Perform catheterizations as ordered
• Support pulmonary care needs related to BPD and pulmonary hypertension
• Administer medications according to the physician’s plan of care
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Collaborate with the family and interdisciplinary team to ensure exceptional care

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license
• Preferred: At least 1 year of pediatric or NICU experience
• Current BLS certification
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Physical completed within the past 12 months
• Current PPD or QuantiFERON within the past 12 months (or chest X‑ray within 5 years)
• Proof of MMR immunization within the past 10 years
• Proof of influenza vaccination or approved medical exemption
