Pediatric Rheumatology Physician Department of PediatricsWe are seeking a full-time Pediatric Rheumatologist to

establish and lead the Division of Pediatric Rheumatology at The Children’s

Hospital at Saint Peter’s University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. This is a

unique and exciting opportunity to build a program from the ground up within a

well-resourced, state-designated acute care children’s hospital serving one of

New Jersey’s most diverse communities.The Division of Pediatric Rheumatologywill provide diagnosis,

treatment, and long-term management of autoimmune, inflammatory, and

musculoskeletal disorders in children from infancy through young adulthood. As

the sole Pediatric Rheumatologist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the

program, building referral relationships across the system, and expanding

access to this critically underserved specialty in Central New Jersey.Opportunity Highlights• Program Leadership: Founding opportunity to establish and grow the Division of Pediatric Rheumatology

Juvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA), Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE),

juvenile dermatomyositis, vasculitis, Kawasaki disease, periodic fever

syndromes, and autoinflammatory diseases• Collaborative Care: Multidisciplinary partnership with pediatric

nephrology, ophthalmology (uveitis monitoring), dermatology, orthopedics,
