We are seeking a full-time Pediatric Rheumatologist toestablish and lead the Division of Pediatric Rheumatology at The Children'sHospital at Saint Peter's University Hospital in New Brunswick, NJ. This is aunique and exciting opportunity to build a program from the ground up within awell-resourced, state-designated acute care children's hospital serving one ofNew Jersey's most diverse communities.
The Division of Pediatric Rheumatologywill provide diagnosis,treatment, and long-term management of autoimmune, inflammatory, andmusculoskeletal disorders in children from infancy through young adulthood. Asthe sole Pediatric Rheumatologist, you will play a pivotal role in shaping theprogram, building referral relationships across the system, and expandingaccess to this critically underserved specialty in Central New Jersey.

• Program Leadership: Founding opportunity to establish and grow the Division of Pediatric Rheumatology- define clinical protocols, build the team, and shape the program's future
• Scope of Practice: Full spectrum of pediatric autoimmune and inflammatory conditions, includingJuvenile Idiopathic Arthritis (JIA), Systemic Lupus Erythematosus (SLE),juvenile dermatomyositis, vasculitis, Kawasaki disease, periodic feversyndromes, and autoinflammatory diseases
• Collaborative Care: Multidisciplinary partnership with pediatricnephrology, ophthalmology (uveitis monitoring), dermatology, orthopedics,physical therapy, and occupational therapy

Requirements:
• A Medical degree and the successful completion of ACGME or AOA residency and Fellowship
• MD or DO license in the State of New Jersey
• Board certification or eligibility from the appropriate specialty or subspecialty board
• CDS and DEA license required
• Must qualify for Saint Peter's University Hospital Liability insurance
