Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the pediatric radiology section, including staffing, scheduling, and resource management
• Develop and implement strategic plans to improve clinical services, patient outcomes, and operational efficiency across the health system
• Collaborate with the Chair of Radiology and institutional leadership on budgeting, compliance, and policy development
• Serve as a mentor and advocate for faculty, fellows, residents, and technologists within the department
• Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered pediatric imaging services across the health system
• Promote adherence to safety protocols and best practices for radiation safety in pediatric patients across the health system
• Participate in clinical service provision, including diagnostic interpretation and interventional procedures where applicable
• Support and enhance educational programs for medical students, residents, and fellows
