Pediatric Pulmonologist

Sanford Health is currently seeking a BC/BE Pediatric Pulmonologist to join a team of 20 pediatric specialties at Sanford Children's Hospital in Fargo, North Dakota. This clinic-based practice includes hospital consults throughout the Children's Hospital, such as the NICU, Peds, and PICU, alongside a growing Cystic Fibrosis program. Providers will work in a designated National Association of Children's Hospital featuring the region's only Level II Pediatric Trauma Center.

• Clinic-based practice with hospital consults throughout the Children's Hospital (NICU, Peds, PICU)
• Growing Cystic Fibrosis program which includes outpatient and inpatient care
• Affiliate Cystic Fibrosis center of the University of Minnesota with a dedicated team that includes General Pediatrics, Pediatric Infectious Disease, Pediatric Gastroenterology, Nutrition, Child Psychology, social work and respiratory therapy
• One of 195 designated National Association of Children's Hospitals in the country
• Region's only Level II Pediatric Trauma Center

Compensation

• Nationally competitive compensation plan
• Annual compensation of $280,000 for the first two years of the employment contract, plus estimated potential to exceed compensation floor from personally performed wRVUs
• $100,000 retention incentive to be paid if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 4 years
