The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai, affiliated with NYC Health + Hospitals/Elmhurst and Queens, is seeking a full-time Pediatric Physiatrist. This role involves providing services to an urban, ethnically diverse, and underserved patient population within a dynamic academic setting. The successful candidate will join the pediatric faculty, offering both ambulatory care and inpatient consults at Elmhurst Hospital Center and Queens Hospital Center.

Responsibilities
- Provide services to ambulatory patients
- Provide inpatient consults to neonates at both hospitals
- Conduct two to three days per week of ambulatory sessions at Elmhurst Hospital Center
- Perform inpatient consults in the Level 3 NICU at Elmhurst
- Conduct one to two days per week of ambulatory sessions at Queens Hospital Center
- Perform inpatient consults in the Level 3 NICU at Queens
- Teach residents and medical students
Compensation
- The salary for this position ranges from $217,000 to $227,000
- Faculty practice distributions throughout the academic year
Requirements
- MD/DO degree
- BE or BC in Psychiatry
- Fellowship trained Pediatric Physiatrist
- Valid New York State License
- Valid DEA number
- Valid Medicaid number
