Pediatric OTRL (Occupational Therapist) Multidisciplinary Pediatric Clinic

DV Therapy is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our multidisciplinary team in our clinic setting . In this role, you’ll design and lead therapy programs that support the development and rehabilitation of individuals with mental, physical, or emotional challenges.

Responsibilities

• Perform assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Implement and organize occupational therapy programs
• Provide home programming and family education
• Recommend modifications to work or living environments
• Evaluate progress and prepare detailed reports
• Maintain patient records and ensure regulatory compliance
• Supervise Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs)
• Conduct training on therapy techniques
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members
• Participate in meetings, training, and performance improvement initiatives
• Support research and community education projects

Qualifications

• Active Occupational Therapist license (CA)
• Master’s degree from an accredited OT program
• CPR certification & annual TB skin test
