Sanford Health is seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Pediatric Otolaryngologist or a physician with strong pediatric training/experience to join the longest continuous-running ENT practice in Wisconsin at Marshfield Medical Center. This role offers the opportunity to provide comprehensive medical and surgical care to pediatric patients within a state-of-the-art facility, including Marshfield Children's Hospital. - Marshfield Children's Hospital is a 56-bed Children's Hospital, Central Wisconsin's only accredited pediatric hospital, and one of only four in Wisconsin.
Responsibilities
- Perform history and physical examination.
- Admit (if applicable to setting), evaluate, diagnose, and provide consultation on comprehensive medical and surgical care to patients of all ages presenting with diseases, deformities, or disorders of the head and neck that affects the ears, nose, throat, respiratory and upper alimentary systems, and related structures of the head and neck.
- Provide head and neck oncology and facial plastic reconstructive surgery.
- Treat disorders of hearing and voice.

Requirements
- M.D. or D.O. degree.
- Successful completion of a hospital affiliated residency Otolaryngology accredited by the ACGME, the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physician and Surgeons of Canada.
- Certification in the primary area of practice by the appropriate specialty/subspecialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties (ABMS), the American Osteopathic Association (AOA) or the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Canada, as applicable.
- If not board certified at the time of application but completed residency training within the last five years, must achieve board certification within five years from the date of completion of residency training.
- H-1B and J-1 visa sponsorship available.
- For applicants not directly out of residency, provide a quality profile from current hospital(s) showing clinical activity for the past 12 months, including numbers of procedures performed, morbidity, mortality, infection rates, and other complications.
- For applicants not directly out of residency, must be able to demonstrate at least 50 otolaryngology procedures in the last 12 months.
