AdventHealth for Children is seeking a fellowship-trained Pediatric Otolaryngologist to join their team in Central Florida. This role offers an excellent opportunity for practice growth and professional development within the largest hospital system in Florida, which includes a full-service tertiary children's hospital. The incoming physician will contribute to an established program and help expand specialized services in a new state-of-the-art outpatient facility.
Practice Info
- Full service, tertiary children's hospital with over 200 dedicated pediatric beds, more than 30 pediatric ICU beds, and a 102-bed NICU.
- Dedicated pediatric Cardiac ICU and a statewide pediatric network and transport system.
- Pediatric Otolaryngology program established in 2024 with two experienced, fellowship-trained pediatric ENTs and a 1:1 physician to APP support.
- New state-of-the-art outpatient office with 11,000 sq ft of space and in-house Audiology, Speech Pathology, Pediatric Dentistry, Imaging, 3-D photography, and Conference room slated to open in Q1/2026.
- The new facilities will help expand the Cochlear Implant, Microtia and Atresia, Head & Neck and Craniofacial programs, and accommodate other Pediatric ENT sub-specialty interests.

- Fellowship training in Pediatric Otolaryngology.
- Board certification/eligibility through the American Academy of Otolaryngology-Head and Neck Surgery.
- Board certification/eligibility for subspecialty certification in Complex Pediatric Otolaryngology.
