Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon

Position Title

Full‑time Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon (Assistant Professor, Associate Professor, or Professor)

Overview

WSU School of Medicine, Department of Orthopaedics, is seeking qualified applicants for a full‑time Pediatric Orthopaedic Surgeon at the main campus in Morgantown, WV.

Responsibilities

Provide general pediatric orthopaedic care with flexibility for subspecialty interests in sports, neuromuscular, and/or limb deformity; collaborate with a team of four pediatric orthopaedic surgeons and three PAs; participate in academic teaching and program development; and contribute to patient care excellence at the WVU Medicine Golisano Children’s Hospital.

Qualifications

• MD, DO, or foreign equivalent; eligible for state medical licensure
• Completed orthopaedic surgery residency and pediatric orthopaedic surgery fellowship
• Board certified or eligible in orthopaedic surgery
• All qualifications met at time of appointment

40 hours per week
