Position at Golisano Children’s Hospital of Southwest Florida, part of Lee Health.
Our Pediatric Ophthalmology team is seeking a full-time physician BC/BE in Ophthalmology to join their busy three-physician practice.
Applicants must be fellowship trained in Pediatric Ophthalmology.
Responsibilities
- Outpatient clinics in Fort Myers and Naples.
- 1:4 call coverage of the Pediatric ER and Practice.
- Admitting patients for Ophthalmology as part of the Pediatric Hospitalist team.
- Perform eye muscle surgery, nasolacrimal duct probing, chalazion excisions, repair of eyelid lacerations and globe injuries.
- Conduct ROP examinations and treatments.
- Expect a busy schedule starting day one.
