Competitive Compensation

  • $80,000 – $100,000 annually depending on experience

  • Performance-based bonuses for clinical staff (up to $2,000 annually)

  • $500 Annual Stipend

Who You Are

  • Licensed Occupational Therapist in Washington

  • Pediatric experience preferred (1+ years)

  • Master’s or Doctorate in OT required (unless grandfathered under bachelor’s accreditation transition)

  • Passionate about changing the lives of children
