STEPS for Kids is now hiring for Part-time and PRN OT positions with flexible scheduling from 6 to 25 hours per week. Due to continued growth, we are excited to open new positions to meet community needs. This role involves working with a varied caseload of children from birth through adolescence, using best clinical practices in OT intervention to meet the needs of both clients and their families. We seek energetic, passionate, and playful individuals who are motivated to be part of a dynamic team focused on intervention, empowerment, and advocacy for children. Founded in 2010, STEPS for Kids provides therapeutic developmental services for children from birth through adolescence using a strengths-based, family-centered approach. Owned and operated by an OT with 36 years of experience, our programs use a coordinated, neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed treatment approach that emphasizes relationships and play. Our team is dedicated to creating an inclusive, relaxed, and supportive environment for both staff and clients.

Requirements:
- OTR, licensed in Illinois, in good standing
