Pediatric Occupational Therapist (Part or Full Time)

Position Summary

As an outpatient pediatric clinician at Ivy Rehab for Kids, you will work with children from birth to age twenty‑one, providing individualized one‑to‑one attention and customized plans of care. Parents and caregivers are encouraged to attend sessions to transfer skills and home exercises into the child’s daily life. You will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and mentor colleagues while maintaining autonomy and growing your clinical expertise.

Title: Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Employment Type: Full Time

Compensation: $70,000 – $100,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized therapy to children from birth to age twenty‑one.

• Maintain a caseload that allows focused, patient‑centered treatment plans.

Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited occupational therapy program.
• Current or pending licensure as an occupational therapist in Virginia.
• Demonstrated dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
