Pediatric Occupational Therapist

In this role, you will provid clinic-based occupational therapists to children of all ages, helping them develop the skills they need for independence, participation, and learning in the school setting. You'll be part of a supportive, interdisciplinary team that values growth, meaningful relationships, and the joy that comes from making a difference in students’ lives every day.

What you bring:

• Passion for working with kids and their families
• A team mindset and collaborative spirit
• Pediatric experience or strong desire to grow in this area
• State licensure (or eligibility) as an Occupational Therapist

Responsibilities:

• Help develop and carry out individualized, goal-oriented clinic intervention plans
• Provide engaging, developmentally appropriate therapy sessions focused on promoting independence and meaningful progress in the clinic and/or school environment
• Support early intervention efforts by addressing foundational skills necessary for success
• Collaborate closely with families and other providers to ensure strategies carry over across settings
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of services provided, client progress, and communication
• Contribute to a positive, client-focused culture and a collaborative therapy team
