Occupational Therapist – full-time or part-time positions available.

Compensation

• Full‑time salary: $79,191.67‑$102,543.06 per year, based on experience.
• Part‑time salary: $54.81‑$76.96 per client hour, based on experience.

Work Schedule

• Full‑time: 40 hours per week with flexible work options for fewer hours.
• Part‑time: less than 30 hours per week with flexible arrangement.

Job Description

• Provide 1:1 occupational therapy to children and teens aged 0‑21 years.
• Develop individualized, play‑based treatment plans.
• Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary team members.
• Share strategies and tools to support families at home.
• Maintain up‑to‑date documentation.

Qualifications

• Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.
• State of Oregon Occupational Therapy license.
• CPR certification.
• Experience working in pediatrics preferred.
• Strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic.
• Ability to utilize a play‑based approach.
• Love for kids, playful energy, team spirit.
• Willingness to work in shared therapy spaces.
• Familiarity with or willingness to learn clinic equipment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate individuals 0‑21 years to determine need for therapy services.
• Develop/implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
• Complete client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner, meeting insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
• Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
• Collaborate with members of the client’s care team.
• Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.
