We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy services for children and young adults with developmental, behavioral, or medical needs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to support physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development
- Delivering direct therapy in home settings to promote skill transfer across environments
- Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans to achieve meaningful outcomes
- Recommending and training families on adaptive equipment use
- Maintaining accurate documentation such as evaluations and progress reports
- Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care
Qualifications and skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
- Active OT/L license in Texas
- Preferably one year of allied health experience
- Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality care
- Ability to exert physical effort, including lifting and moving objects
