We are seeking a dedicated Pediatric Occupational Therapist to provide in-home therapy services for children and young adults with developmental, behavioral, or medical needs.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans to support physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development
  • Delivering direct therapy in home settings to promote skill transfer across environments
  • Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans to achieve meaningful outcomes
  • Recommending and training families on adaptive equipment use
  • Maintaining accurate documentation such as evaluations and progress reports
  • Collaborating with parents, caregivers, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care

Qualifications and skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
  • Active OT/L license in Texas
  • Preferably one year of allied health experience
  • Strong communication skills and ability to build rapport
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality care
  • Ability to exert physical effort, including lifting and moving objects
