Recruiting for a position that may be either fee‑for‑service or full‑time, split across both sites.

• Locations: RVC / Oceanside, Great Neck, East Meadow / Levittown / Freeport
• Status: Fee for Service or Full-Time split with both sites
• Hours: During and/or after‑school hours, flexible scheduling

Compensation

• Early Intervention: $64–$75 per hour
• Preschool: $70 per hour
• Full‑Time Salary: $62,000–$65,000 per year

Premium Pay Opportunities

• +$3 per hour for sessions scheduled between 5:00–7:00 PM
• +$2 per hour for home & community‑based sessions
• Increased rates available through June 2026

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative individual and/or group therapeutic interventions for all children on the caseload
• Administer and write up occupational therapy evaluations
• Maintain ongoing communication with lead supervisors and coordinators regarding case management
• Maintain professionalism with families, school teams, and other professionals
• Maintain accurate and timely attendance and billing logs
• Create and maintain schedules with assigned families and school personnel
• Collect data on IFSP/IEP goals and report progress quarterly
• Provide input and attend/teleconference initial CPSE/CSE meetings and/or annual reviews

Background Requirements

• Graduate from an accredited university with a degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current New York State Occupational Therapy License
• Bilingualism is a plus
