Pediatric Occupational Therapist – Medford, OR

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Occupational Therapist (OT) who specializes in working with the pediatric population at Neurotherapeutic Pediatric Therapies, Inc., a nonprofit pediatric clinic in Medford, Oregon.

Job Type and Compensation

  • Full-time: 40 hours per week (flexible work options available). Salary: $79,191.67–$102,543.06 annually (based on experience).
  • Part-time: fewer than 30 hours per week. Salary: $54.81–$76.96 per client hour (based on experience).

Responsibilities

  • Provide 1:1 occupational therapy for patients ages 0–21.
  • Develop individualized, play-based treatment plans.
  • Collaborate with caregivers and multidisciplinary team members.
  • Share strategies and tools to support families at home.
  • Keep documentation up to date.
  • Evaluate individuals 0–21 years to determine the need for therapy services.
  • Develop/implement treatment plans and administer individualized therapy services.
  • Complete all client treatment notes and reports in a timely manner, meeting all insurance, supervision, and licensure requirements.
  • Provide consistent home activities and caregiver education to support therapy goals.
  • Collaborate with members of the client's care team.
  • Provide guidance and support resources to clients and their families.

Qualifications

  • Occupational Therapy degree from an accredited college or university.
  • State of Oregon Occupational Therapy License.
  • CPR certification.
  • Experience working in pediatrics preferred.
  • Strong desire to learn and work in a pediatric outpatient clinic.
  • Ability to utilize a play-based approach.
  • A love for kids, playful energy, and team spirit.
  • Willingness to work in shared therapy spaces.
  • Familiarity with or willingness to learn clinic equipment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • High levels of professional accountability and ethical standards.
