- Deliver individualized treatment plans for children aged birth to 21, ensuring one‑to‑one attention.

- Maintain patient records using ScribeIQ or similar documentation tools to reduce administrative time.
- Adhere to caseload guidelines that prioritize patient‑first care.
Qualifications
- Graduate from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
- Current or pending licensure as an Occupational Therapy Assistant in Virginia.
- Demonstrated dedication to exceptional patient outcomes and quality of care.
