We’re seeking a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner to care for pediatric patients in San Antonio, Texas. In this role, you’ll collaborate with a supervising physician and report to the Lead Pediatrician on clinical matters and pediatric care delivery.

What You’ll Do:
• Deliver comprehensive pediatric primary care, including patient examinations, diagnosis, treatment, and referrals.
•Prescribe medications and treatment regimens appropriate to assessed medical conditions, consulting with the supervising physician.
• Coordinate specialty referrals, laboratory testing, X-rays, and other services to support patient care.
• Review laboratory and imaging results promptly and make appropriate medical management decisions.
• Support continuity of care through timely services within the clinic’s scope of practice and your training.
• Maintain thorough, accurate electronic health records and close patient encounters within 24 hours.
• Maintain established productivity standards and efficient patient flow while providing excellent service to patients and colleagues.
• Train and mentor medical students and clinical support staff, as appropriate.
• Participate in health education, prevention programs, quality improvement activities, and clinic meetings.
• Follow clinic policies and safety and infection-control standards and perform other related duties as assigned.

What You’ll Bring
• A master’s degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program.
• Board certification through PNCB, AANP, or ANCC.
• A current, unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license from the Texas Board of Nursing.
• Current DEA registration.
• American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Annual continuing medical education as required by your specialty board.
Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish highly preferred.
